The Stream ADU is a 540 SF 1 Bed 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) fitting a 32' 1" x 17' 3" footprint.
 
Stepping into the home you're immediately greeted by a cozy living room area with space for a mounted TV and multiple windows to allow light to flood in. As you venture further, you'll find a full-sized kitchen with ample storage space, followed by a stackable washer and dryer hidden in its own closet.
 
Across from the kitchen, is access to a full-sized bathroom with combination shower and tub. For maximum ventilation a 32" x 16" window is staged above the toilet. Finally, down the hallway, you'll encounter the spacious bedroom, with a massive walk in closet to the right, and a desk nook to the right, ideal for those looking to work from home or even to have a makeup station.
 
Within the design, everything is fairly streamlined, hence the name. You or your ADU inhabitants can easily flow from one end of the space to the other.

To be eligible for this option the plans must be for a detached structure (ie. a 2-car garage or new construction) and the property must be located within 30 miles of Downtown Los Angeles, California.
