The Orchard ADU is a 360 SF 0 Bed 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) floorplan that is the floorplan inspired by the one we designed for a home on Orchard.

 

A distinctive aspect of The Orchard ADU’s design are the vaulted ceilings throughout the space. Stepping in from the front entry, you’re greeted with the powerful presence of a large open space coupled with an easy to use layout:

 

A spacious closet is added to the right of the bedroom space for storage. Next to it is a kitchen designed to fit a stackable washer and dryer, ample cabinets, dishwasher, and sink.

 

Finally, the bathroom with a standing shower and raised window further help to elevate the design.

For clients within 30 miles of DTLA, we'll create the full plan set for this ADU and get it approved in your city or jurisdiction. Once the plans are approved you'll receive 2 copies of the stamped, approved plans.

 

Included:

• Submitting the Plans to Your Local City or Jurisdiction

• Processing Your Plan to Planning/Building Department Approval

• 2 Printed Copies of the 24” x 36” Plans Stamped by Your Local City or Jurisdiction (provided upon payment of permit fees)

• PDF of the Full Approved Plan to Share with Contractors

 

Not Included:

• Structural Engineering, Full MEP Plans 

• CAD Files

 

To be eligible for this option the plans must be for a detached structure (ie. a 2-car garage or new construction) and the property must be located within 30 miles of Downtown Los Angeles, California.
