The Lado ADU is a 360 SF 1 Bed 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ideal for a 18' x 20' garage conversion.
Characteristic of this layout is an open floor plan, helping to enlarge the space as a whole. The sleeping area large enough to fit a queen sized bed has a standard-sized closet to its right, and is located a short distance to the bathroom. While compact the kitchen packs all the essentials, with a design including space for a standard-sized fridge, oven, and 30" sink.
