The Halldale 3 ADU is a 585 SF 1 Bed 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ideally designed for a 18' x 20' detached garage conversion plus 225 SF addition.
You enter the space into a large great room with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room area. A wall partially encloses the kitchen to allow separation from the full bathroom as well as privacy trips between the water closet and bedroom.
The bedroom is long, just like its forefathers, with a large walk-in-closet. Lastly the kitchen featured in the rendering holds space for a 30" wide fridge, a 30" wide stackable washer and dryer, as well as a 30" wide stove with bar island seating.
