The Alla ADU is a 360 SF 0 Bed 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) floorplan adopted by a client on the Westside in the city of Los Angeles. 
 
As you may be able to tell from the floorplan, a sizeable portion of the square footage is dedicated to a larger than life kitchen. 
 
The kitchen in the rendering features bar island seating for two, a 27" wide stackable washer and dryer, a 33" wide refrigerator, a 30" wide stove, and 30" wide kitchen sink, with the option to extend it even wider. 
 
With sliding glass doors behind the living room and even space for a small dining nook, this ADU was designed with entertainment at the forefront. 
 
While the sleeping area remains sizeable and the bathroom a full sized, even with the walk-in-shower, it's key to note there is no dedicated closet space.

To be eligible for this option the plans must be for a detached structure (ie. a 2-car garage or new construction) and the property must be located within 30 miles of Downtown Los Angeles, California.
